An early public demo for Good Children Say Grace goes live on April 15th, following a closed testing phase that began on April 2nd. This initial version will be available on PC via Steam and Itch.io with support for both English and Japanese as development moves toward Steam Next Fest in June.

The closed tests surfaced familiar friction points, including bugs, performance issues, and limitations in how the story could be experienced. That input has since driven significant changes, with improved optimization, a reduced install size, and a broader range of narrative routes that expand how the adventure unfolds across its isolated 1980s setting.
The updated implementation of interconnected routes through interactive maps will introduce more locations and variations, while players will be able to select from multiple voice options per character, combining performances from professional actors with potential community contributions.
Good Children Say Grace is an absurdist psychological horror game that draws structural inspiration from titles like Pathologic, with a planned release via Steam Early Access in an episodic format.
