NVIDIA has rolled out a brand-new GeForce Game Ready Driver to coincide with a major wave of high-profile PC releases leveraging their latest graphics technologies. Headlining the deployment is full day-one optimization for DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations, the newly launched campaign expansion from id Software and Bethesda Softworks. Additionally, the driver primes hardware for the upcoming release of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, Ubisoft’s highly anticipated remake scheduled to land this Thursday.

DOOM: The Dark Ages‘ Revelations expansion introduces players to a deadly new weapon – the Chain Spear – alongside intricate environmental puzzles, fresh demonic threats, and vertical mobility mechanics. On the technical front, the DLC features native path tracing right out of the gate. GeForce RTX users can toggle on DLSS Multi-Frame Generation (supporting up to the 6x mode), Super Resolution, and Ray Reconstruction. According to internal performance figures, running the expansion on a flagship GeForce RTX 5090 allows for 4K gameplay at maximum settings with framerates hitting up to 310 FPS.
This Thursday’s launch of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced will similarly utilize NVIDIA’s ecosystem, packing ray-traced reflections, ray-traced lighting, and DLSS Multi-Frame Generation. Players using the modern NVIDIA app can manually upgrade the title to DLSS 4.5, granting access to Dynamic Multi-Frame Generation and updated Super Resolution models.
Concurrently, MADFINGER Games has upgraded its tactical open-world shooter Gray Zone Warfare. Following its recent migration to Unreal Engine 5.5, the title now includes native DLSS 4.5 support to improve frame delivery and baseline image clarity on compatible setups.
