Publisher Kodansha Game Lab has launched new platform ports for TearyHand Studio’s critically acclaimed interactive novel, and Roger, officially releasing the title on Nintendo Switch 2, iOS, and Android systems. To commemorate the multi-platform expansion, Kodansha has initiated a global promotional sale across all active digital storefronts, offering a 20% discount on mobile platforms and a 30% price reduction across Steam, Nintendo Switch, and the newly added Nintendo Switch 2 ecosystems.

Comprising three distinct narrative chapters, and Roger delivers a compressed, highly impactful psychological experience that can be completed in approximately one hour.
The plot places players behind the eyes of a young protagonist who wakes up to a disorienting reality where her father is missing, replaced by an unfamiliar man who speaks in fragments and demands she take prescribed medication. By weaving a minimalist, hand-drawn art style into its design, the gameplay relies on simple point-and-click mechanics to simulate cognitive confusion. Everyday tasks are transformed into disorienting, unlabeled pattern-matching puzzles, mirroring the protagonist’s internal disconnect from her environment.
The new Nintendo Switch 2 hardware profile for the title integrates native support for both standard controller inputs and traditional mouse configurations. Concurrently with the platform launches, an expansive global localized update has been deployed across all versions, adding 20 additional languages to bring the total supported subtitle count to 29.
Originally debuting in 2025 to widespread praise, the miniature adventure has amassed over 100,000 players worldwide alongside award nominations and wins from institutions including the BAFTA Game Awards, the Game Developers Conference (GDC), and the Tokyo Game Show.
