Echoes of Aincrad: Sword Art Online is an action-RPG that transports you into the iconic, multi-layered floating fortress from the franchise’s universe, where survival depends entirely on mastering high-stakes, skill-based tactical combat. After designing a fully customizable avatar, you will explore diverse environments ranging from peaceful settlements to monster-infested dungeons, upgrading weaponry and attributes through a flexible progression system to suit your preferred mechanical playstyle. Real-time engagements are heavily shaped by a chosen companion character, whose active combat stances can be adjusted to defensive or aggressive logic to unlock powerful synchronized team abilities.
Early adopters can currently choose between three retail tiers, with the premium Deluxe and Ultimate packages bundling future story expansions, digital soundtracks, an exclusive anime episode, and early access to the endgame “Death Game” difficulty mode.
