Independent developer Denis Morozov, alongside writer Milha Vek, has announced the launch of the Steam Next Fest demo and a brand-new trailer for their upcoming absurdist psychological horror title, Good Children Say Grace.

Developed on a small Canadian island with support from veterans of the critically acclaimed Metro development series, the title combines Eastern European style elements with manga-inspired artistic framing. In tandem with the demo launch across PC via Steam, the game is also simultaneously featured in regional showcases, receiving media coverage across Japanese digital outlets such as AUTOMATON, Denfaminicogamer, Game*Spark, and Dengeki Online.
Set against the isolated backdrop of a remote Eastern European island during the 1980s, Good Children Say Grace leverages a stark blend of cross-cultural auditory and visual talent. The production features Japanese narration voiced by Kaori Shimizu (Serial Experiments Lain), ambient vocal scores by Nami Nakagawa (Demon Slayer, NieR), and audio architecture directed by industry veteran Norihiko Hibino (Metal Gear Solid) via the Scarlet Moon music collective.
By weaving a hybrid 2.5D and 3D perspective, the first-person exploration in Good Children Say Grace builds a naturally cinematic pace. Where you walk and what you say directly dictates your course; dialogue choices and movement routes split the plot into fundamentally different paths, yielding multiple endings where characters completely transform based on your actions.
Good Children Say Grace is set to launch via Steam Early Access in an episodic format, with its release date yet to be announced.
