Legacy of Valor, the upcoming medieval role-playing game from solo developer Filip Husák, made a strong debut this week with its official reveal trailer. Released on IGN’s main YouTube channel, the video quickly passed 130,000 views, signaling impressive anticipation for the indie project. The trailer is also available on the game’s official channel. Legacy of Valor is planned to launch on PC, and can already be wishlisted on Steam.
Set in a living medieval world, Legacy of Valor invites players to build and expand settlements, oversee agriculture and trade, and command armies in real-time battles. Storytelling plays a central role, with branching paths shaped by player choices that determine the fate of entire communities.
The game features dynamic weather, day-night cycles, and large-scale strategic combat, drawing inspiration from titles like Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Mount & Blade, and Manor Lords.
By blending city-building, strategy, and immersive role-play, Husák aims to create a uniquely layered experience for fans of the genre.
With a Kickstarter campaign on the horizon, Legacy of Valor is preparing for its next development phase, while exploring partnerships to support the game’s ambitious scope.
