Originally planned for a summer release, Cygnus Cross has released a brand-new trailer for Emberville, officially announcing that the pixel-art action-adventure RPG will launch into Steam Early Access on October 27, 2026.

Described as a blend of Diablo meets Stardew Valley, Emberville places a heavy emphasis on player freedom and flexible progression. The combat system relies on weapon-based combos and a class system where skills and abilities can be inherited across multiple roles, allowing players to create highly customized builds rather than being stuck in rigid archetypes.
Outside of combat, players can step into a dedicated creative area to manage farms, fish, construct buildings, and place crafting stations, supported by a dynamic UI that adapts to the current activity. Developed in collaboration with Twitch streamer CohhCarnage, the procedurally generated adventure is fully voiced and features the talents of Alex Jordan and Doug Cockle.
The newly revealed trailer delivers a fresh look at the game’s core loop, showcasing how players will gather resources, craft items, battle hostile creatures, and rebuild their own personal estates.
