Today, Cronos: The New Dawn, a third-person survival horror adventure from Bloober Team, becomes available worldwide for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. A physical edition is also out today for PlayStation 5, Switch 2, and PC, distributed by Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe across EMEA and Australia.

The game unfolds in the haunting ruins of New Dawn, a setting inspired by the Nowa Huta district of Kraków, Poland. Players experience a dual-timeline narrative that shifts between a post-apocalyptic future and the industrial harshness of the 1980s. This blend of retro-realism, dystopian science fiction, and retro-futurism shapes a world filled with mystery, fear, and tension.
Players step into the role of the Traveler, an enigmatic agent of the Collective sent to investigate zones scarred by the Change, a catastrophic event that fractured time, memory, and flesh itself. With survival far from guaranteed, every step into the hostile and decaying world carries risk.
A chilling launch trailer accompanies the release, showcasing new environments, grotesque enemies, and the horrors lurking in the shadows. Developer streams on Steam provide fans with additional behind-the-scenes insights.
Bloober Team, known for Layers of Fear, The Medium, and the acclaimed Silent Hill 2 remake, continues its reputation for pushing narrative-driven horror experiences. With Cronos: The New Dawn, the studio introduces a bold new chapter in the genre, blending atmospheric storytelling with psychological and survival elements.
