Publisher Headup and developer Dvora Studio have announced The Coma 3: Bloodlines, a 2D survival horror adventure launching in 2026 for unspecified consoles and PC via Steam.

The new entry continues the cult horror saga with a story set in Seoul, South Korea, where a cursed underworld known as The Coma threatens to consume reality. Players take on the roles of three different characters, each caught in the chaos between warring factions and shadowy beings.
The game builds on the series’ signature run-and-hide mechanics, forcing players to outwit supernatural puppets and shadow creatures while searching for clues to unravel the mystery. Unlike traditional survival horror, combat is not an option, and survival depends on stealth, timing, and careful exploration.
The Coma 3: Bloodlines also concludes the overarching narrative surrounding Sehwa High School, tying together threads from the previous games while introducing new bosses, new locations, and cultural folklore elements unique to South Korea.
