Publisher NACON and developer Passtech Games have officially released Songs of Thieves, the latest major free content update for top-down roguelike action game Ravenswatch. The update is now available across PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, alongside a newly announced Nintendo Switch 2 version planned for this fall.

The Songs of Thieves update introduces a greedy new enemy faction known as the Thieves. These agile adversaries ambush heroes across the regions of Reverie to steal their precious Dream Shards. To combat this threat, players can track down secret Thieves’ Stashes hidden within the Dark Hills, Storm Island, and Avalon.
These hidden locations hold four brand-new room types: Trap-filled Combat Rooms inspired by Passtech’s previous hit Curse of the Dead Gods, Treasure Rooms loaded with Shards, Cursed Rooms that temporarily remove a character ability, and Mirror Rooms that let players duplicate their magical items. Players must also look out for Stingy Jack, a new turnip-headed threat who tries to loot chests before the party can open them.
On top of the new encounters, players can utilize a new strategic gameplay mechanic involving Magical Harps. Finding these instruments allows teams to play up to 12 distinct melodies, unlocking powerful performance-altering team buffs for their run. Ravenswatch features 4-player online cross-play co-op, 12 playable heroes, and over 250 talents.
