Racing simulation game MotoGP 26 will launch on April 29, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, ROG Xbox Ally, ROG Xbox Ally X, and PC via Steam, Microsoft Store, and Epic Games Store. The new entry in the official MotoGP series is developed by Milestone and published in collaboration with MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group.

The latest installment aims to deliver a deeper and more authentic representation of the championship by introducing Dynamic Rider Ratings. Each competitor on the grid receives a rating card built around four attributes: lap time, pace, head-to-head performance, and reliability. These statistics will evolve over time based on real-world MotoGP results, meaning riders’ real-life performances directly affect how competitive they are in the game.
MotoGP 26 includes the official riders and circuits from the 2026 season across the MotoGP, Moto2, and Moto3 categories. The physics model has also been enhanced with a rider-based handling system, which focuses on controlling the rider’s weight and body positioning to influence the bike’s behavior. This system is designed to create a more realistic sense of speed and responsiveness during races.
Career Mode has been expanded with a fully explorable 3D paddock that acts as the central hub for race weekends. Players will interact with teams and media through new features such as Thursday press conferences, where objectives and rivalries can be shaped publicly. A personal manager will also assist with contract negotiations, meetings with manufacturers, and decisions in the rider transfer market as players progress through their professional career.
The Race Off mode returns with additional content, including a new location and the debut of Production Bikes, a 1000cc category that joins Motard, Flat Track, and Minibikes. These side activities allow players to participate in less formal races designed for practice and skill improvement between championship events.
To accommodate different playstyles, the game once again offers both Arcade and Pro experiences. Arcade mode is designed for newcomers with simplified handling and accessible gameplay, while Pro mode focuses on high-level simulation and advanced bike setup systems for experienced players.
Multiplayer features include cross-play support for up to 22 riders on a single grid, as well as local split-screen racing. Cross-play and cross-sharing features are not available on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, where races support a maximum grid of 12 riders. As in previous entries, players will also be able to customize visual elements using in-depth graphic editors and share creations such as helmets, numbers, and racing gear with the community.
