Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival has locked in an October 8, 2026, release date for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The announcement arrived alongside a fresh cinematic trailer showcasing the game’s brutal, underworld-driven gameplay.

The narrative introduces a brand-new storyline within the established Hellraiser universe, tracking a protagonist who unwittingly initiates a dark ritual overseen by the iconic franchise antagonist, Pinhead—fully voiced by original actor Doug Bradley. Players must descend into the deepest sectors of the underworld to rescue their companion from the Cenobites. Navigating this landscape requires confronting cultists, corrupted wretches, and powerful infernal entities while attempting to thwart the Cenobites’ plan to unleash ultimate torment upon the world.
Mechanically, the gameplay blends traditional firearm combat with supernatural elements tied to the Genesis Configuration puzzle box. Players can wield hellish abilities such as pyrokinesis, telekinesis, and the franchise’s signature hook-bearing chains to dismantle enemies. Beyond its use as a weapon, the puzzle box serves as a primary tool for solving complex environmental riddles and dynamically altering the geometry of the winding Labyrinth.
The title will launch with two primary configurations: a digital and physical Standard Edition priced at €39.99 EUR / £34.99 GBP, alongside a €49.99 EUR / £41.99 GBP Deluxe Edition, with specific contents for the latter to be detailed closer to launch. Standard pre-orders unlock two exclusive weapon cosmetics – the Labyrinth Pistol Skin and the Martyr Sawblade Skin – while premium physical Collector’s Editions featuring licensed franchise memorabilia are also available through the game’s official website.
