Cinematic puzzle-adventure sequel confirmed for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch; demo arrives February 11.
Wishfully Studios and Thunderful Games have announced that Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf will launch on March 5, 2026, for PC via Steam and Microsoft Store, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One & Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. The game will also be available day one on Xbox Game Pass. Ahead of release, players will be able to try the sequel through its first public demo, launching February 11 on Steam, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One & Series X|S. A demo for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 will follow at a later date.

A newly released trailer showcases the game’s diverse biomes, ranging from sweeping natural landscapes and ocean depths to ancient forests, robot graveyards, and dystopian urban environments, all set to an orchestral score by BAFTA-nominated composer Takeshi Furukawa. Players once again follow Lana and her companion Mui, working together to solve puzzles, avoid hostile machines, and navigate a world caught between nature and technology.
Set on the planet Novo, Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf nearly doubles the scope of the original game, introducing new regions, factions, creatures, and expanded gameplay systems. The sequel builds on its predecessor with deeper exploration, more complex physics-based puzzles, refined movement, stealth, and action sequences, while maintaining a strong focus on the emotional bond between Lana and Mui.
Designed for both newcomers and returning fans, the game delivers a wordless, cinematic sci-fi narrative told through visuals, music, and interaction, across an estimated 6–8 hour experience.
