Simone Developer Silent Lamb Studio has announced that its Gamefound crowdfunding campaign for action-adventure SIRENS has officially met its funding goal, celebrating the milestone by introducing a new heroine named Lyra with a character reveal trailer.
Set in a third-person ocean world, SIRENS lets you play as different mermaids across various evolutionary eras and species. The story campaign is joined by a procedurally generated Open Ocean mode, with underwater combat, base customization, marine life interactions, and land exploration. As a shallow-water species, Lyra can move between water and land to uncover secrets across different historical periods.
SIRENS is currently set to launch for PC via Steam Early Access, with a release date to be announced and campaign backer rewards still active on Gamefound.
