Screamer, an arcade racing game from developer Milestone, will launch on March 26, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. The futuristic racer will be available in both a Standard Edition and a Digital Deluxe Edition, with the latter granting early access ahead of release.

Set in a high-stakes tournament where every competitor is driven by personal motives such as ambition, revenge, or redemption, Screamer places players in a ruthless competition led by a mysterious figure pulling the strings behind the scenes. Drivers from radically different backgrounds converge on the same battleground, each piloting a vehicle that reflects their personality through a distinct design and a unique gameplay ability.
The game embraces a neon-soaked, futuristic aesthetic inspired by 90s anime, pairing fast-paced arcade racing with aggressive vehicular combat. Central to this is the ECHO system, a transformative technology that allows cars not only to race but also to fight. Players must dynamically manage speed boosts, offensive strikes, and defensive shields while mastering Overdrive, a high-risk state that unleashes unrestrained power at the cost of control.
Beyond traditional races, Screamer challenges players with multiple modes that reward more than raw speed, including team-based events and scenarios centered on sustained combat pressure. Online multiplayer and local split-screen further expand the competitive experience, reinforcing the game’s focus on relentless action and style-driven racing.
