KRAFTON and developer Neon Giant, known for The Ascent, have announced NO LAW, a first-person cyber-noire shooter coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store. A launch window has not yet been confirmed. The title blends narrative-driven design with stylized FPS combat set within a decadent, neon-bathed port city ruled by vice rather than governance.

NO LAW places players in the role of Grey Harker, a battle-worn veteran returning to civilian life after sustaining critical injuries on his final deployment. Harker intends to leave conflict behind, but the city of Port Desire—an industrial cybergrunge sprawl suspended between sea cliffs and neon skylines—soon forces him back into danger. The narrative explores the hidden power brokers and morally ambiguous denizens of the city as Harker seeks to reclaim what was stolen from him.
The gameplay emphasizes consequence-driven decision-making, allowing players to impact relationships and storyline outcomes through their actions. Port Desire serves as an open, vertical urban playground where stealth, tactical infiltration, or high-intensity gunplay can all define a mission. Encounters feature a wide set of military augmentations, movement tools, sci-fi gadgets, and weapons that support divergent playstyles. Neon Giant frames each mission as an opportunity for players to shape their own story—whether through methodical planning or destructive force.
