DaRmaZat Hela, the cozy Nordic-inspired adventure game from Windup Games, has unveiled a brand-new trailer during the BIG Winter Showcase. The showcase presentation expands on the warm Scandinavian folklore inspirations and magical world players will be able to explore when the game launches in 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC (via Steam and Epic Games).
The fresh footage gives a closer look at the tiny mouse protagonists as they embark on heartfelt quests across an island filled with nature, mystery, and magic. Developed by Windup Games and published by Knights Peak, Hela brings together lush forests, quiet lakes, and rugged highlands supported by realistic physics and interactive elements.
Previously honored with two gamescom 2025 awards for Most Entertaining and Most Wholesome, the title will support solo play, split-screen, and online co-op for up to four players. With its magical backpack system used for gathering ingredients, crafting potions, and solving story-driven puzzles, the game aims to capture a sense of wonder and compassion.
