DaRmaZat Anima: Gate of Memories I & II Remaster will release on November 7 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, developer Anima Project announced. A previously confirmed Switch 2 version is set to follow in 2026. A playable demo is now live on PC, with save data transferable to the full game.
The collection unites two entries in the saga—Anima: Gate of Memories and Anima: Gate of Memories – The Nameless Chronicles—both enhanced with updated visuals and refined gameplay systems. Inspired by the Anima Beyond Fantasy tabletop RPG, the series is known for its mix of fast-paced combat and branching narratives.
Selecta Play will handle physical distribution for PlayStation 5, offering a $34.99 standard edition and a $79.99 Collector’s Edition. The latter includes a collector’s box, art book, soundtrack CD, instruction manual, pin, keychain, four character cards, and two art prints.
In Anima: Gate of Memories I & II Remaster, players explore the mysterious Tower of Arcane through the intertwined stories of a girl with no past and a cursed immortal soul. Choices drive the journey, while combat combines RPG progression with fluid action mechanics. The Dual System allows seamless switching between characters to chain attacks and unlock devastating combos.
