Independent developer ChimpWampus and publisher Neverland Entertainment have revealed the debut trailer and live Steam store page for Sleepover, an upcoming post-apocalyptic cosmic horror visual novel.

Set in a near-future where the global population has completely vanished, the story follows a lonely survivor named Yuna who is struggling to navigate a vacant world. Her isolation changes when a strangely composed girl named Fermi arrives at her doorstep, leading to a final night spent together as potentially the last sentient life in the universe.
Instead of just feeding you text, Sleepover drives its psychological horror through exploration. Walking through Yuna’s apartment and checking out different objects reveals messy details about her past family life, deep regrets, and a crumbling mental state. It really leans into existential dread, forcing you to choose whether to run away from these terrors or confront the fear within yourself before time runs out.
Sleepover is scheduled for a Q3 2027 release on PC via Steam.
