Developer Dvora Studio Co., Ltd. and publisher Headup have released a playable demo on Steam for The Coma 3: Bloodlines as part of Steam Next Fest. Players can now step back into the nightmare dimension tied to Sehwa High School and experience more than 30 minutes of early gameplay ahead of the title’s full launch in 2026.

The Coma 3: Bloodlines is a 2D run-and-hide horror adventure blending action-adventure mechanics, puzzle-solving, and visual novel storytelling. Combat is not an option—survival depends on evasion, timing, and careful exploration. Players must avoid grotesque puppets and shadow entities while uncovering clues and piecing together the mystery surrounding the three protagonists.
Set in a distorted mirror realm known as the Coma, the game explores a shadowy version of Seoul where rumors and urban legends manifest as lethal threats. If a living intruder perishes in this dimension, their spirit becomes permanently severed from their body. The narrative continues and concludes the overarching Sehwa High storyline that began in earlier entries, promising long-awaited answers while escalating the psychological and supernatural stakes.
The demo offers a first look at the game’s three playable characters, each with distinct strengths and vulnerabilities. It also highlights the sequel’s tighter, more enclosed level design, emphasizing tension and pursuit in compact spaces. Four new bosses tied to cursed historical elements will challenge players with unique attack patterns that demand different escape strategies.
Beyond its survival horror framework, The Coma 3: Bloodlines retains the series’ focus on Korean culture, occult folklore, and urban myth, weaving local history and supernatural themes into its environments and story progression. Exploration extends beyond familiar school corridors into new locations and mission structures, reinforcing the sense of unpredictability.
