Simone Top-down dark fantasy action RPG Wardens of Avalon, developed by Runes Studio and co-published by The Arcade Crew and Dotemu, will host its next playtest on PC via Steam from October 14 through October 26. The upcoming playtest adds multi-language support across eight localized languages, alongside community-driven feedback tweaks.
Set in a fallen Arthurian realm, Wardens of Avalon tasks you as a Twilight Knight with reclaiming a corrupted Camelot and taking down fallen Knights of the Round Table. Playable solo or in four-player online co-op, gameplay centers on exploring handcrafted dungeons, fighting corrupted beasts, gathering resources, and expanding your keep with specialized crafting workshops. A classless progression system allows you to freely switch oaths, swap abilities, and refine gear with spell runes to counter looming threats.
Wardens of Avalon is scheduled to launch on PC via Steam in 2027.
