Publisher Amber and developer Madbricks have announced that 2.5D roguelike beat ’em up Mexican Ninja will launch on August 20, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. A playable PC demo is available on Steam.

Set in Nuevo Tokyo – a cybernetic mash-up of Mexican grit and Japanese cyberpunk ruled by the corrupt Narkuzas – the game challenges players to carve their way through stylish, fast-paced arcade street combat.
Mexican Ninja‘s combat combines responsive combos, razor-sharp dodges, and crowd-control mechanics using Mexican Jutsus and spirit powers. Featuring randomized runs, layered meta-upgrades, and a swagger-soaked skill tree called the Way of the Donkey, players can tailor their playstyle while attempting to dismantle the five heads of the Narkuza syndicate.
