Airship Survival RPG Echoes of Elysium Sets January 27 Early Access Launch on PC

Echoes of Elysium, an open-world survival RPG centered around customizable airships, will launch in Early Access on January 27 for PC via Steam, developer Loric Games has announced. The release marks the start of a longer development phase, with the initial version focused on delivering the game’s core systems in a more stable and refined state following additional development time.

Set in the floating world of Elysium, Echoes of Elysium revolves around life aboard fully customizable airships that serve as transport, home base, and combat platform. Exploration takes place across a large region made up of procedurally generated islands, where ancient mechanisms and hostile clockwork creatures roam the skies. Progression is driven by gathering resources, crafting equipment, and upgrading airship components, with the Early Access build allowing advancement up to Tier 2 weapons, tools, and ship parts, ending in a major boss encounter.

The game supports solo play as well as online cooperative play for up to six participants, with airship fleets forming the backbone of both survival and combat. Over the course of its planned 12- to 16-month Early Access period, Loric Games intends to expand the experience with additional biomes, higher-tier components, new recipes, and extended narrative content, leading toward a full release. The Early Access version launches at $19.99, with a limited 10 percent discount available during the first week.
