DaRmaZat AWAKEN: Astral Blade, the 2D side-scrolling action-adventure from publisher ESDigital Games and developer Dark Pigeon Games, will arrive in 2025 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch. The game originally debuted on October 22, 2024, for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
In AWAKEN: Astral Blade, players take on the role of Tania, a bionic girl sent to the treacherous Horace Islands to investigate the disappearance of a research team. What begins as a rescue mission quickly transforms into a fight for survival as Tania uncovers the secrets of a long-lost civilization and confronts mutant creatures born from the mysterious Karpas energy saturating the land.
Exploration leads to the remains of Jacha City, once the center of an ancient kingdom, now buried in the rainforest ruins. There, the truth behind the Karpas source — and Tania’s own hidden origins — begins to surface. Armed with speed, agility, and an array of combat abilities, players must unravel the mysteries of the islands while shaping their own path through branching choices and multiple endings.
