Aya Games has announced that Ayasa: Shadows of Silence, its surreal 2.5D narrative platformer, will launch on September 25 for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. A console release is also planned for a later date. To mark the occasion, the studio shared a release date trailer showcasing the game’s dreamlike world of light and shadow.

The game follows Ayasa, a young girl navigating fractured lands where forces such as Love, Faith, and Hope clash against Greed, Betrayal, and Indifference.
Told entirely without dialogue, the story unfolds through pantomime, visual allegory, and Komitas-inspired music. Drawing inspiration from René Laloux, Robert Sahakyants, Hayao Miyazaki, and Tim Burton, Ayasa: Shadows of Silence creates a hauntingly poetic atmosphere.
As players traverse surreal environments, they must solve puzzles, survive dangers, and master Ayasa’s unique powers of time manipulation, invisibility, and energy control. Every choice influences her path, leading toward redemption and balance—or a descent into darkness. Aya Games describes the adventure as a “poetic journey through conscience, where the greatest battle lies within.”
