Developer ProbablyMonsters has announced that gothic action adventure RPG Crimson Moon will launch on September 1 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Set in the fallen, high-renaissance city of Gildenarch, players take on the role of a Nephilim – a half-human, half-angel hybrid tasked with defending humanity against armies of demons, vampires, undead, and Hellgrowth abominations.
Built with souls-inspired melee combat, expressive executions, and evolving angelic powers, the game features replayable mission runs concluding in brutal boss encounters against the Dead Gods. Between missions, players retreat to the Church headquarters to secure permanent upgrades and plan their next assault at the War Table. The title supports both solo play and optional two-player cooperative multiplayer with shared lives and dynamic difficulty scaling.
Pre-orders are available for both the Standard Edition ($19.99) and the Deluxe Edition ($29.99), with the latter including cosmetic DLC packs and access to a planned post-launch story expansion.
