Simone Warner Bros. Games has released the official launch trailer for all-new open-world action-adventure LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, scheduled to arrive on May 22 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version confirmed for later in 2026.
Set to the classic track “Kiss from a Rose” by Seal, the footage tracks Bruce Wayne’s progression from an early vigilante to Gotham’s legendary protector.
The title features an original narrative that draws from decades of DC lore, including films, television, and comics. Players will control Batman alongside allies like Nightwing, Batgirl, and Catwoman to confront a massive roster of villains including The Joker, Ra’s al Ghul, and Bane.
Pre-orders are now live, with Deluxe Edition owners receiving 72-hour early access starting May 19. Additionally, physical LEGO DC Batman sets currently on shelves include codes for exclusive digital content, such as golden vehicle variants and specialized suits.
