Ecco the Dolphin: Complete Announced, Featuring Remastered Classics and All-New Entry

A&R Atelier has announced Ecco the Dolphin: Complete, a new collection that brings together the full legacy of the iconic series alongside a brand-new installment. Platforms and a release date have not yet been announced.

The package includes remastered versions of Ecco the Dolphin and Ecco: The Tides of Time, covering multiple versions across their original 8-bit and 16-bit releases, as well as a newly developed game that continues the franchise in a modern format.

Positioned as a definitive edition, the collection is being developed by original team members, including series creator Ed Annunziata, reuniting key talent from the original titles. The goal is to preserve the atmosphere and design of the classics while extending the experience with new content that connects past and present.

In addition to the remastered games and new entry, Ecco the Dolphin: Complete will feature modern additions such as achievements, leaderboards, and built-in speedrunning tools. A custom course system will also allow players to mix levels across different entries and share them with the community.
