NEXON has shared the latest development update for NAKWON: Last Paradise, offering a look at ongoing systems work and early footage of the newly rebuilt ranged-weapon mechanics. The game is currently in development and will release for PC via Steam. A release window has not yet been announced.

In the November Dev Talk, the team highlighted its current focus: implementing and testing the foundational firearm system that will support NAKWON’s high-risk multiplayer survival structure. Unlike traditional shooters, NAKWON’s design emphasizes day-to-day tension, unpredictable PvPvE encounters, and natural interactions that emerge between survivors navigating a city overrun by the infected.
The studio also released early internal footage recorded directly from developer workstations. While unpolished, the clips offer a first look at how firearms are integrated into expeditions and how the system currently behaves during field testing.
Set in urban South Korea, NAKWON: Last Paradise is a multiplayer zombie survival title that blends nighttime scavenging, daytime shelter management, and extraction-style expeditions across a city filled with both infected threats and untrustworthy survivors.
