Activision, together with developers Treyarch and Raven Software, has announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will launch on November 14 for PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One & Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Microsoft Store, and Battle.net. The game will also be available through Game Pass at launch.

Players who preorder any edition, or subscribe to eligible Game Pass plans, will receive early access to the open beta beginning October 2. The beta will open to all players on October 5.
Set in the year 2035, the campaign follows David Mason and his JSOC team as they uncover a conspiracy in the sprawling Mediterranean city of Avalon. Missions span across neon-lit rooftops in Japan, the frozen wilderness of Alaska, and even psychological landscapes, with the story blending high-tech warfare and personal reckonings. The campaign is fully playable solo or in four-player co-op, with “Endgame,” a large-scale conclusion that opens Avalon into a dynamic, ability-driven battlefield.
Multiplayer launches with 16 six-versus-six maps—13 brand-new arenas plus three remade Black Ops II classics—alongside two large-scale battle maps. Gameplay introduces the evolved Omnimovement system with wall jumps, wingsuiting, and grappling hooks, while a new “Skirmish” 20-versus-20 mode mixes objectives, vehicles, and large-scale combat. Weapons, perks, and equipment can be enhanced mid-progress through the new Overclock system, allowing for deeper customization match by match.
Zombies mode marks the return of Treyarch’s round-based survival with an expanded Dark Aether storyline. Players will face alternate versions of the original crew—Richtofen, Nikolai, Takeo, and Dempsey—alongside new characters, vehicles, and survival maps. Dead Ops Arcade 4 also debuts with its signature chaotic spin on the undead formula.
Preorder bonuses include access to the Reznov Challenge Pack, early beta entry, exclusive Operators, Mastercraft weapon blueprints, and the Vault Edition with extra Zombies content, BlackCell season access, and a permanent unlock token.
