The creators of Judero return with their next handcrafted world in Mashina, launching July 31 on PC via Steam. Developed by Talha & Jack Co., this digging adventure game introduces players to a lovingly crafted landscape where minerals, machines, and friendship power a charming robotic society.

In Mashina, players take control of a curious little mining robot on a mission to collect valuable resources and revitalize her quirky community. The game splits its world between two distinct layers: a richly animated 3D overworld filled with characters, secrets, and side missions, and a sprawling underground that’s teeming with minerals, forgotten treasures, and mechanical mysteries.
As Mashina, players will use radar tools to scan for hidden objects, excavate rare minerals, and carry their findings back to an evolving base of operations. There, they can construct useful machines and gradually uncover a deeper narrative buried beneath the soil. Along the way, players will encounter other robotic inhabitants, complete tasks, and customize their surroundings to reflect their growing role in the world.
What sets Mashina apart visually is its handmade stop-motion aesthetic. Every character and asset is built from physical materials and animated traditionally before being transformed into in-game textures enhanced by modern lighting techniques. This tactile art style gives the game a distinctive warmth and depth rarely seen in the genre.
The audio experience is just as carefully curated. With a synth-driven score designed to soothe and immerse, and sound effects crafted using vintage hardware, Mashina offers a nostalgic yet modern soundscape. The cast is fully voice acted, featuring talent from across the gaming scene and beyond.
