Publisher Assemble Entertainment and developer Gentlymad Studios have announced that Endzone 2 will officially exit Early Access and launch in full for PC via Steam and GOG on July 24.

The survival simulation game originally debuted in Early Access in August 2024. Now, after nearly a year of community feedback and development, the full version will introduce major improvements to gameplay systems, graphics, and world design—aiming to deliver a deeper, more expansive post-apocalyptic colony-building experience.
Set in a fractured world devastated by ecological catastrophe, Endzone 2 challenges players to build thriving settlements in hostile zones, brave the badlands in search of loot and resources, and manage survival against the wrath of a volatile environment. Using a mobile base, players can now establish multiple settlements, navigate treacherous terrain, and engage in hands-on expeditions to uncover long-forgotten technologies and secrets.
Veterans of Endzone: A World Apart will notice key upgrades: a brand-new multi-zone structure replaces the single-map model, an overhauled expedition system now features interactive exploration with less text and more action, and new settler AI offers smarter, more scalable colony behavior. Vehicles, once heavily requested, now play a central role in establishing trade and logistics between scattered settlements.
With its upgraded graphics engine and rebuilt animations, the game’s full launch promises a more immersive visual experience that matches its brutal survival mechanics. Endzone 2 hits version 1.0 on July 24, bringing a fresh layer of polish to a game that has already earned praise for its depth, tension, and resilience-driven gameplay.
