DaRmaZat First-person puzzle adventure Thief’s Roulette will launch on January 24 for PC via Steam, developer hirogame has announced.
In Thief’s Roulette, you find yourself trapped in an unfamiliar world alongside 14 other strangers, all summoned by a mysterious woman known as Lady Luck. Declared “thieves” without explanation, the group is forced into a deadly series of trials where survival depends on solving cryptic challenges and uncovering the truth behind Lady Luck’s twisted game.
The experience unfolds from a first-person perspective, placing you directly inside fully explorable 3D environments that function as escape-room-style challenges. Each scenario pushes you to observe carefully, think laterally, and piece together clues while navigating an increasingly unsettling atmosphere. The narrative develops gradually through visual novel–style cutscenes and dialogue, blurring the line between participant and observer as questions about your role in the ordeal begin to surface.
As the challenges escalate, Thief’s Roulette leans heavily into themes of deception, identity, and control, inviting you to unravel the secrets behind Lady Luck’s world and determine whether escape is truly possible once the game has begun.
