DaRmaZat Long Drive North, an open-world survival driving game, will launch in Early Access for PC via Steam on November 18 at 7 a.m. PST / 10 a.m. EST / 3 p.m. GMT.
The Early Access version expands on the features introduced in the NextFest demo, offering the core survival and repair systems, co-op support with separate RVs, endless route generation, and the ability to save progress. Players set out on an unpredictable journey through procedurally generated routes, pushing their RVs through harsh environments to see how far they can make it.
Northplay also shared its Early Access roadmap, outlining planned updates for early 2026 and beyond. The first major content update introduces shared RVs in co-op, a usable passenger seat, and the option to drive other players’ vehicles. Additional features include new world areas and points of interest, expanded crafting tiers, loadout additions such as new playable characters and dog companions, and quality-of-life improvements like photo mode and keybinding support.
Future updates aim to deepen the experience with difficulty settings, expanded RV customization, new tools and wildlife, more lore, towing systems, and mod support. The developer notes that major fundamental updates may require save wipes as development progresses.
Long Drive North can be played solo or in online co-op with up to four players, turning each expedition into a shared struggle for survival. Inspired by titles such as The Long Dark, The Long Drive, and My Summer Car, the game emphasizes immersion and realism without relying on zombies or monsters—only the brutal challenges of the road ahead.
