This month’s developer update for StarRupture offers a deeper look into the game’s trio of in-game corporations—each bringing unique technologies and gameplay functions to the hostile world of Arcadia-7. Developer Creepy Jar continues to detail the systems that will define the experience when the survival factory-builder launches in Early Access on January 6, 2026 for PC via Steam.

The November update expands on the introduction of the corporate system, showcasing Moon Energy Corp, Griffits Blue Corp, and Future Health Solutions. Moon Energy specializes in resource processing and energy conversion, providing tools like solar generators and wind turbines to power growing industrial facilities.
Griffits Blue Corp focuses on combat, offering players advanced weapon mods, defense turrets, and hand grenades to fend off Arcadia-7’s dangerous wildlife. Meanwhile, Future Health Solutions delivers vital medical and pharmaceutical technologies, such as the Medtool for rapid regeneration, the Food Station for crafting rations, and the Regeneration Chamber, which allows players to respawn through consciousness transfer.
Set on the perilous planet Arcadia-7, the game puts players in control of convicts tasked with building factories and extracting resources for powerful interstellar corporations. Balancing survival, exploration, and industrial expansion, players must also endure the destructive cycles of the planet’s unstable star, Ruptura. Playable solo or in four-player cooperative mode, StarRupture blends base-building and survival gameplay with deep lore and strategic challenges as players carve out their place in a world on the edge of collapse.
