Capcom has released an extended announce trailer and new screenshots for Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection, offering another look at the upcoming remaster of the beloved “brother action RPG” series. The collection will launch in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam.

The compilation revives the full Mega Man Star Force trilogy, first introduced in 2006, bringing back every mainline entry: Pegasus, Leo, Dragon, Zerker x Ninja, Zerker x Saurian, Black Ace, and Red Joker. Players once again follow the journey of Geo Stelar and his extraterrestrial partner Omega-Xis as they battle to protect Earth from cosmic threats using a fast-paced, card-based combat system across the interconnected Wave World.
In addition to preserving the original gameplay, the Legacy Collection introduces modern enhancements designed for both returning fans and newcomers. Online functionality allows players to connect and battle, while new visual filters, an art gallery, and a music player enrich the overall package. Accessibility updates include expanded difficulty and assist options, along with the return of Battle Cards—some of which were previously exclusive to events or physical merchandise.
