ZA/UM has officially unveiled ZERO PARADES, the espionage RPG previously known as Project [C4]. The game will launch for PC via Steam, though a release date has not yet been announced.
Update September 29, 2025: Through a new trailer, ZA/UM and PlayStation announced the game is in development for PlayStation 5 as well.

In ZERO PARADES, players step into the role of Hershel Wilk, codename CASCADE—a brilliant but tormented operant burdened by past failures. Recalled for a mysterious assignment, Hershel is thrust back into a fractured network where trust is volatile, alliances are fragile, and failure is inevitable.
The game is set in a city at the so-called “End of History,” where a three-way struggle for cultural and ideological dominance plays out against a surrealist backdrop. Players will confront international bankers, techno-fascists, psychic doubles, and eccentric figures such as a paranoid TV host and a man with a box for a heart. Every encounter is shaped by secrets, hidden agendas, and the consequences of improvisation.
Failure is not just a possibility in ZERO PARADES—it is expected. Instead of closing off progress, each misstep opens new narrative doors, forcing players to adapt and redefine their role in the unfolding intrigue.
ZA/UM describes the game as an espionage experience stripped of glamour: no parades, no certainty of happy endings, only a story-rich RPG that blends psychological depth, spy novel tension, and surrealist undertones.
