Publisher CRITICAL REFLEX and developer Wrong Organ have announced that first-person psychological horror hit Mouthwashing is expanding to major consoles and the Microsoft Store on October 29, 2026.

A failed crash leaves the crew of the cargo ship Tulpar stranded in deep space, with their captain gravely injured and supplies running low. As the days drag on, the ship’s cramped corridors and eerie silence make an already grim situation feel increasingly surreal. Flashbacks, unsettling imagery, and bursts of dark humor blur the line between tragedy and absurdity, while the crew’s growing desperation makes it hard to know who to trust. In Mouthwashing, even the smallest details can leave a lasting impression, and the story has far more going on than it first lets on, as we explored in more detail in our coverage.
Mouthwashing launches on October 29, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via the Microsoft Store, following its initial Steam release. In addition to the digital release, Fangamer is producing physical editions for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
