Publisher Shueisha Games and developer historia have revealed new gameplay mechanics and lore for their upcoming psychological adventure title UN:Me, scheduled to release in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
Update – September 17, 2026: UN:Me has been officially delayed from its previously planned 2026 release window to 2027.

UN:Me centers on a young protagonist whose body hosts four distinct human souls. Each soul lacks memories yet firmly believes herself to be the sole true owner of the body. Players must navigate a surreal mental labyrinth to collect Memory Fragments, engage in dialogue with the souls to uncover their pasts, and make irreversible choices to erase souls until only one remains.
Exploration within the unsettling labyrinth is defined by unpredictable body-switching that occurs independently of player intent. As control shifts dynamically between the four personalities, players must continuously adapt to each soul’s distinct traits, access routes, and trauma-driven constraints. Shueisha Games detailed two of the four souls: Soul I, a direct and highly emotional girl prone to rapid mood swings, and Soul III, a thoughtful, deliberate, and aloof soul who speaks politely while keeping her distance.
Additionally, an interactive feature launched on the game’s official website allows community members to analyze incoming story details and discuss which souls should ultimately be erased.
