Publisher GameDev.ist and developer Elos Games & Arts have debuted a fresh trailer for single-player action RPG Sagas of Lumin via IGN, while providing an update on the game’s launch schedule.

Originally slated to enter early access, Sagas of Lumin now targets a direct full release on February 5, 2027, for PC via Steam. To refine core mechanics prior to launch, priorities of its development will shift toward upcoming closed and open beta testing phases rather than a traditional demo.
The new trailer offers an updated look at several visual and mechanical enhancements, including a redesigned user interface, revamped ground combat systems, and smoother dragonriding animations. Set in an original fantasy world that avoids traditional good-versus-evil tropes, Sagas of Lumin emphasizes player choices that shape narrative outcomes.
Gameplay in Sagas of Lumin revolves around fluidly switching between high-altitude dragon flight and tactical ground combat. While airborne, players take full manual control of their dragon to execute sharp maneuvers, dive-bomb enemy positions, breath fire on fortified bases, and battle rival dragons or armed airships. On foot, precision combat relies on timing, parries, and strikes using swords, axes, and spears, complemented by spellcasting and steampunk-inspired firearms.
