Developer Remedy Entertainment has officially announced that Control Resonant, a supernatural action RPG set within the Control universe, will launch on September 24, 2026. The self-published title is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via both Steam and the Epic Games Store, with a native Mac version arriving later in the year. The game will launch with day-one support for GeForce NOW and features extensive global localization across multiple audio and text languages.

The narrative, directed by Creative Director Mikael Kasurinen, shifts the perspective to protagonist Dylan Faden (voiced by Sean Durrie) as he navigates a heavily distorted version of Manhattan reshaped by shifting realities and paranatural anomalies.
Sent into the epicenter of a supernatural crisis by the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC), Dylan must harness evolving abilities to combat a new, cosmic form of resonance alongside returning entities like the Hiss and the Mold. Following the mysterious disappearance of his sister, FBC Director Jesse Faden, Dylan must step into the field alongside a new ally, Zoe de Vera, as well as returning characters Emily Pope and Simon Arish.
Described by Remedy as the studio’s most expansive game to date, Control Resonant introduces full action-RPG progression tracking themes of identity and power. Pre-orders are currently live across digital and physical storefronts.
Physical offerings include a Standard Edition ($59.99 USD) and a limited SteelBook Edition ($69.99 USD) bundled with art prints and posters. Digital options include a specialized Digital Deluxe Edition ($69.99 USD) that grants unique cosmetic items, resource bundles, and a digital soundtrack, with the PlayStation 5 digital deluxe version offering an exclusive 48-hour early access period ahead of launch.
