Simone Ahead of its planned 2026 launch via Steam, Zatun has released the first teaser trailer for SCP: Project Pneuma, a new psychological survival horror experience inspired by the SCP Foundation universe.
Set after a catastrophic containment breach at Site-19, the game puts players in the role of junior researcher Alexie Kolchak, who finds themselves trapped inside the facility as anomalies escape and the site descends into chaos. As the containment systems fail, players must navigate the dark corridors of the Foundation while searching for answers—and a way out alive.
Exploration plays a central role in the experience. Players will uncover classified documents, piece together fragments of the events leading to the breach, and encounter dangerous anomalies that test both their survival instincts and their sanity. As Alexie ventures deeper into the facility, the truth behind Project Pneuma gradually unfolds through hidden experiments, fragmented memories, and a story that blurs the line between reality and illusion.
Inspired by the extensive SCP mythos, the game features well-known anomalies such as SCP-049, SCP-939, and SCP-330, alongside new threats created to expand the universe. With limited resources and unpredictable dangers, survival will depend on careful decision-making—choosing when to hide, when to run, and when to confront what lurks in the shadows.
According to the developers, the team wanted to create a tense, atmospheric experience that honors the creativity of the SCP community while telling an original story within its universe.
