Aya Games has launched its surreal 2.5D narrative platformer Ayasa: Shadows of Silence on PC via Steam. Blending platforming, quests, horror, and environmental puzzles, the game invites players into a once-balanced world consumed by chaos.

As Ayasa, players harness the final spark of Tash’s light to navigate corrupted lands of the Inverted World. The journey is built around meaningful decisions, guiding the character toward harmony and redemption—or into a darker rule of corruption and tyranny.
Gameplay emphasizes precision platforming, stealth, and puzzle-solving, enhanced by Ayasa’s powers including time control, invisibility, and energy manipulation. Inspired by the surreal imagery of Tim Burton, René Laloux, Robert Sahakyants, and Hayao Miyazaki, the adventure unfolds without spoken dialogue, instead relying on symbolic art direction, animation, music, and movement to deliver emotional storytelling.
“As the world of Ayasa came to life, we wanted to create a journey that speaks without relying on a single word”, said Edgar Janoyan, CEO of Aya Games. “With imagery, music, and movement, we aimed to build a poetic experience—one where players feel the conflict between light and shadow within themselves.”
Ayasa: Shadows of Silence is available now on Steam (and coming soon to the Epic Games Store as well) for $24.99, with a Deluxe Edition priced at $29.99. A 20 percent launch discount reduces these to $19.99 and $23.99, respectively. Additional digital content includes a soundtrack DLC for $4.99 and a digital artbook for $2.99. Console releases are planned for a later date.
