Mor Ti Publisher The Pokémon Company and developer The Pokémon Works announced that Pokémon Champions, the battle-focused Pokémon game, is officially dropping in 2026 for Nintendo Switch (including Switch 2) and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms. That gives you plenty of time to convince your pet Snorlax to stop napping and start training. (And yes, I still love old school Gen 1, I am that old).
The game appears to be the spiritual successor to the Pokémon Stadium-games from back in the days. Players can bring in their own Pokémon from Pokémon Home or recruit new ones to compete in online matches. The trailer also revealed online and private battles, with both single and double formats available.
