Simone Tides of Annihilation, an upcoming fantasy action-adventure, debuted a new trailer during Gamescom Opening Night Live 2026 ahead of its upcoming launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. The event also revealed voice actor Angela Sant’Albano (known for her role as Grace in Resident Evil Requiem) as the new voice of protagonist Gwendolyn.
The story follows Gwendolyn as she navigates a cataclysmic Outworld invasion that has left modern London in ruins, pushing her to travel between the fog-shrouded metropolis and the mythical realm of Avalon to rescue her missing sister.
After meeting Guinevere, wife of King Arthur, Gwendolyn discovers she holds the latent ability to control supernatural fog and command spectral warriors. Guinevere entrusts her with a legendary sword that grants authority over more than ten Knights of the Round Table, unlocking unique skill sets to assist in combat, traversal, and puzzle-solving across twisted historical landmarks.
Tides of Annihilation is currently in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, with a release date still to be announced.
