Bohemia Interactive and Destructive Creations have unveiled Nailcrown, an upcoming first-person shooter that merges retro “boomer shooter” mechanics with a grim, medieval aesthetic. A specific launch window has yet to be disclosed.

Heading to PC, the title prioritizes high-speed movement and visceral combat within a series of haunting, gothic environments. Players take on the role of an operative serving a necromancer, tasked with clearing out infestations of ghouls and mythical beasts.
The gameplay loop focuses on maintaining momentum while utilizing a diverse toolkit of weaponry – ranging from high-powered nailguns and lightning-infused projectile launchers to heavy melee gear like warhammers. Beyond its central narrative, Nailcrown will support both cooperative play and classic competitive multiplayer formats, including Deathmatch.
A formal launch window has yet to be established, but the project is now listed for wishlisting on Steam.
