Capcom has released a new trailer for PRAGMATA, introducing a new android known as Eight, another “Pragmata” unit similar to Diana, as Hugh and his companion continue their journey ahead of the game’s April 17 launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
The footage highlights the growing complexity of the lunar station and its inhabitants, with Eight emerging as a key figure alongside Diana.
As Capcom’s new science-fiction IP, PRAGMATA combines third-person action with a dual-character structure centered on hacking mechanics. Set on the Moon in the near future, the story follows astronaut Hugh Williams after a catastrophic incident leaves him stranded and severely injured within a research station. Rescued by Diana, an android with a childlike appearance and advanced technical capabilities, the two form a fragile partnership while navigating a facility controlled by a hostile AI.

Critical reception has been broadly positive, with praise focused on its dual-character dynamic, inventive hacking combat, and emotional core.
The game will be available in both a standard $59.99 edition and a $69.99 Deluxe Edition, which includes the Shelter Variety Pack with cosmetic items, music tracks, and a digital art collection.
