A new henchperson orientation trailer for LEGO® action-adventure game LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight offers a humorous look at Gotham City’s underworld. The game will launch on May 29, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, with a Switch 2 version planned for a later date, publisher Warner Bros. Games and developer TT Games announced.

In a funny way, the trailer guides recruits through the expectations and perils of working for the city’s crime bosses. Players are advised to maintain a professional appearance, coordinate with more experienced henchpersons such as Brutes, and remain vigilant against Gotham’s most notorious vigilante, Batman. Defensive maneuvers, quick thinking, and strategic awareness are emphasized as crucial for survival. LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight‘s main campaign follows Bruce Wayne’s evolution into the Dark Knight, with players interacting with iconic allies including Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, Jim Gordon, Catwoman, and Talia al Ghul. Exploration and combat are enhanced through a variety of gadgets, over 100 suits, more than 20 vehicles such as the Tumbler, and a fully customizable Batcave. Players will encounter classic villains including The Joker, Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, Bane, and Ra’s al Ghul across Gotham’s open-world districts, solving cases, uncovering secrets, and engaging in dynamic encounters.
