Blood: Refreshed Supply, the definitive edition of Monolith Productions’ 1997 cult shooter, will launch on December 4 for PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One & Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. A Nintendo Switch 2 version will follow in early 2026.

Published by Warner Bros. Games and Atari, and developed by Nightdive Studios alongside Monolith, this remaster builds upon Blood: Fresh Supply with major upgrades. Players can expect support for up to 4K resolution with unlocked frame rates, customizable controls, and both local split-screen and cross-platform online co-op for up to eight players. The package also adds two new mission scenarios: Marrow, available at launch, and Death Wish, which will arrive post-release as a free update.
The campaign includes the original Blood along with the Plasma Pak and Cryptic Passage expansions, while expanded modding support invites fans to create and share their own content. Players once again step into the role of Caleb, an undead gunslinger betrayed and murdered by his dark master Tchernobog, now rising from the grave to unleash a violent crusade of vengeance. Across 42 levels, he’ll battle cultists, zombies, gargoyles, and other Lovecraftian horrors using both traditional firearms and occult weaponry.
Nightdive Studios describes Refreshed Supply as the ultimate way to experience one of the most blood-soaked shooters of the ‘90s, finally bringing its chaos to modern consoles with new content and technical polish.
