DaRmaZat Developer Square Glade Games has shared a new look at the Coast biome in its upcoming cozy adventure game Outbound, which is set to launch in the first half of 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
Update November 20, 2025: A Nintendo Switch 2 version of Outbound has also been confirmed, set to launch in Q2 2026.
The newly revealed Coast biome offers players a scenic environment filled with unique resources to gather and craft into personalized creations. While the coast brings its own atmosphere, it is only one of several biomes being prepared for the game, each designed with distinct styles, moods, and surprises. Players can expect to encounter forests, mountains, beaches, and more as they find their own favorite places to explore and settle.
Outbound is a cozy, community-driven adventure about traveling, collecting, and crafting across vibrant landscapes. With its relaxed tone and diverse biomes, the game aims to provide players with a personal journey of exploration and discovery.
